Save Jericho

So CBS announced that they're cancelling Jericho. I don't know if the show can be helped with a "Save Jericho" campaign or not, but I think the show's best chance is if people actually email and write CBS. Just signing an online petition won't do the trick. (Although that couldn't hurt, it's not going to have the same effect as a large volume of emails and actual letters.)

It's hardly fair for CBS to launch a show, let it develop a following, then put it on a hiatus for several weeks, and then bring it back and schedule it opposite the most popular show in television history. (American Idol) Serial dramas like Jericho are possibly the most "sticky" types of shows on tv today, and the networks should support them.

You can try to save Jericho by writing to CBS at: audsvcs@cbs.com. You can also go to their website at http://www.cbs.com/ and click on "feedback". A third option, and probably the most effective one, would be to send an actual letter to:

CBS Audience Services
51 W. 52nd St.
New York, NY 10019

Finally, you can call CBS at 212-975-3247.
